Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Journeyman Plumber with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction plumbing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial buildings, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial construction projects.
β€’ Measure, cut, and assemble pipes and fittings according to specifications.
β€’ Work with various plumbing materials, including PVC, copper, and cast iron.
β€’ Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project requirements.
β€’ Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure compliance with local building codes.
β€’ Operate hand and power tools used in plumbing installation and repair.
β€’ Lead and supervise a small crew of apprentices and helpers, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to quality standards.
β€’ Collaborate with other trades to ensure seamless project completion.
β€’ Perform quality control checks and ensure compliance with all plumbing regulations and safety standards.
β€’ Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications:
