Job Description
We're seeking a motivated and hardworking Master/Journeyman Plumber experienced in residential new construction and light commercial to join our team in the Desoto area! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work with apprentice installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues for warranty service
• Use hand tools, equipment, and materials safely and effectively.
• Follow company processes, safety procedures and protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems
• Must be hard worker, work with a team and be a team player, workday starts at 7am and typically ends at 4pm.

Qualifications:
• Plumbing experience with residential new construction
• Master/Journeyperson Level Experience - (license required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently and part of a team
• Reliable transportation to office and jobsite during 90-day probationary period. After probationary period is completed a company vehicle will be assigned.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions.
• Experience with welding, carpentry, or field service is a bonus
• Familiarity with new residential construction sites is necessary
• OSHA 10 or 30 license required or must be willing to get an OSHA 10 certification within your first 90 days.
• Single Family or Du-plex/Tri-Plex or Townhome experience in New Construction & Custom Homes is beneficial
• Background and drug screen required
• Rough-in, top-out, & trim experience required
