Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers & Pickers to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The Packer will be responsible for preparing and packaging products for shipments, ensuring that all items meet quality standards and are securely packed. Pickers will be out on the floor retrieving selected skus from the companys handgun. These roles are crucial in maintaining the efficiency of our production line and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities
• Accurately pack products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect items for defects or damages before packaging.
• Label packages clearly and correctly for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while handling materials.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.

Experience
• Previous experience in a packing or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
