Plumbing Technician (Service & Install)

We are hiring experienced Plumbing Technicians who specialize in either Service or Installation. If your strength is troubleshooting and repairs or full-system installs and replacements, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Service Focus
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues
• Perform maintenance and inspections
• Communicate solutions and estimates to customers
• Deliver excellent customer service

Install Focus
• Perform plumbing installations and replacements
• Install water heaters, tankless systems, repipes, and fixtures
• Ensure work meets code and quality standards
• Diagnose issues and repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning components
• Ensure the safety of your crew, company vehicles, tools, and customer property at all times

Qualifications and Requirements
• 2+ years of plumbing experience (service or install)
• Valid driver's license
• Strong technical and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently, manage time, and multitask in fast-paced environments.

Work Environment:
• Work in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.
