Position: Packing/Fulfillment Associate
Department: Warehouse Operations
Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Status: [Full-Time]

The Packing/Fulfillment Associate plays a vital role in ensuring customer orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This position involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, handling products, and ensuring that all orders meet the company's quality standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of performing repetitive tasks, and able to work well in a team.

1. **Order Fulfillment:**
- Pick products from inventory according to order specifications.
- Verify product numbers, quantities, and descriptions against the order sheet.
- Prepare items for shipment by assembling boxes, packing products securely, and labeling packages.
2. **Packing and Quality Control:**
- Pack products safely and efficiently to minimize damage during shipping.
- Inspect items for defects or damage before packing to ensure quality standards are met.
- Ensure correct packing materials are used based on product type and size.

3. **Shipping and Documentation:**
- Prepare and print shipping labels and ensure they are affixed correctly to packages.
- Process shipments using warehouse management software and other systems.
- Maintain accurate records of shipped orders, including tracking information.

4. **Inventory Management:**
- Assist in inventory control by organizing stock and performing regular inventory counts.
- Replenish packing supplies as needed and notify management when inventory is low.
- Help with restocking and organizing products in the warehouse.

5. **Safety and Cleanliness:**
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Keep the packing area clean and organized to ensure efficient workflow.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the Warehouse Manager.
