WHIZZ is a fast-growing delivery service company in NYC. We are currently looking for responsible and reliable Delivery Drivers with Box Trucks to join our team on a contract basis. As a WHIZZ Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of packages and goods to our customers in the NYC boroughs.
What You'll Do
• Start Location: NJ Warehouse (07304) to all the NYC boroughs.
• Deliver packages and goods using your own 24–26 ft Box Truck (Freightliner, Isuzu, Hino)
• Occasionally drive to other locations, such as Philadelphia or Washington D.C.
• Adhere to delivery schedules and complete deliveries within the allotted time frame.
• Ensure the safety and security of packages and goods during transportation.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required.
• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team to provide updates on delivery status.

### Requirements
• Must own a box truck (Minimum 24–26 ft Box Truck (Freightliner, Isuzu, Hino)
• No cargo vans or small delivery vehicles will be considered.
• Valid license
• A clean driving record.
• Prior experience in delivery or logistics (5+ years required).
• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) as required.
• Knowledge of the NYC boroughs and ability to navigate efficiently.
• Strong time management, communication skills, and customer service mindset.
