This position reports to the Assistant Director of Engineering.Work Authorization for the location is required.What You Will DoSupport the Department Head in leading, motivating, and developing a high‑performing Engineering team while fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountabilityOversee daily resort maintenance operations (M&E), including powerhouse activities, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to brand standardsSupervise and coordinate technicians across shifts, including rostering, task planning, log reviews, and follow‑upsLead by example as a hands‑on manager, supporting the team during peak or critical operational periodsEnsure effective training, coaching, onboarding, and ongoing skills development of team members, including Designated TrainersPromote strong employee relations, performance feedback, mentoring, and career development aligned with company valuesMaintain organized departmental administration, records, tools, and equipment while ensuring a safe and compliant work environmentCoordinate maintenance requests and liaise with other departments and Duty Engineers for kitchen, laundry, buggy, and facility repairsUphold service and operational standards, contribute to budget control, planning, and goal recovery, and act on behalf of the Department Head when requiredWhat We Offer Competitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits package Excellent Training and Development opportunities Employee Discount for stays at any Four Seasons worldwide Complimentary Cleaning for Employee Uniforms Complimentary Employee MealsSchedule & HoursThis is a full time position45 hours a week with 2 days off
