Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Welding Expertise: Perform specialized 6G position welding (pipe at a 45-degree angle) on various pipe sizes and materials.
• Techniques: Utilize TIG (GTAW), Stick (SMAW), and Flux-cored (FCAW) welding processes.
• Preparation & Quality: Perform joint preparation, pipe fit-up, root pass, and finishing, ensuring welds pass X-ray or destructive tests.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read, interpret, and follow technical drawings, welding procedures (WPS), and project specifications.
• Safety & Maintenance: Follow HSE regulations, maintain a clean workstation, and keep welding equipment in proper working order. Rawabi Holding +6

Candidate Requirements
• Certification: Mandatory 6G welding certification (often for SMAW/GTAW).
• Experience: Typically 2–5+ years of experience in structural fabrication, oil and gas, or pressure vessel fabrication.
• Skills: High proficiency in pipe welding (stainless steel/carbon steel), manual dexterity, and spatial awareness.
• Education: ITI or technical school training in welding is often preferred.
