Job Description
Plumbing Manager is Responsible for leading and supervising plumbing teams, overseeing project lifecycles from planning to completion, ensuring quality and safety compliance, managing budgets and resources, and communicating with clients and stakeholders.

Core responsibilities
• Team and project management: Supervise, mentor, and train a team of plumbers, assigning tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Project planning and execution: Plan, coordinate, and oversee plumbing projects from start to finish, including developing schedules and preparing budgets.
• Quality and safety: Ensure all installations and repairs meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations and industry codes. Conduct quality control checks and site inspections.
• Client and stakeholder communication: Liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction. Communicate with other contractors, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Budget and resource management: Manage project budgets, control labor costs, and oversee the procurement and management of materials and inventory.
• Problem-solving: Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and resolve project-related challenges proactively.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, schedules, and reports.
