Job Description
• Office Maintenance: Keeping the office clean, including desks, common areas, and office equipment.
• Administrative Support: Assisting staff with filing, scanning, printing, and photocopying documents.
• Refreshments: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
• Errands & Mail: Handling courier services, distributing internal mail, and running outside errands.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, such as stationery and pantry items.
• Logistics: Assisting with setting up meeting rooms and rearranging office furniture.
