Job Description

We are hiring experienced Electricians for printing production facilities in Croatia. The role involves electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of printing machinery to ensure smooth operations, minimal downtime, and consistent print quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in printing production environments

• Set up, operate, monitor, and diagnose faults in printing machinery such as offset, digital, flexo, or similar systems

• Ensure stable electrical performance of printing machines and auxiliary equipment

• Minimize production downtime through quick fault identification and resolution

• Support print quality, color accuracy, and machine efficiency through accurate electrical adjustments

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and scheduled electrical inspections

• Follow industrial safety standards and company maintenance procedures

Salary:2.4LPA-3LPA Per Month

Education

• Valid Electrician Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrician in the Printing or Painting Technology industry

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with printing machinery (offset, digital, flexo, or similar)

• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, safety norms, and regulations

• Ability to work independently under pressure and collaborate with team members

Language & Computer Skills

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher
