Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled TIG Welder to join our machine manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality TIG welding on a variety of machine components, ensuring precision, durability, and adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform TIG welding (GTAW) on stainless steel, mild steel, and other metals used in machine manufacturing.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Set up and operate welding machines, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure welded parts meet dimensional accuracy, strength, and quality requirements.
• Conduct visual inspection and quality checks of completed welds.
• Maintain welding tools and equipment in proper working condition.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Collaborate with fitters, machinists, and quality teams for smooth production.

Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of TIG welding techniques and procedures.
• Ability to weld thin sheets and precision components with accuracy.
• Familiarity with various welding positions (2G, 3G, 6G preferred).
• Hands-on experience with grinding, finishing, and polishing welded joints.
• Good understanding of safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
