Job Description
Role Summary

Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upkeep of all electrical systems and equipment

to ensure uninterrupted production and electrical safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Equipment Maintenance: Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance for electrical panels,

motors, VFDs, PLCs, Gangsaws, Block Cutters, Polishing Lines, Resin Lines, EOT Cranes, Compressors, and

Transformers.

- Troubleshooting: Diagnose faults in control circuits, sensors, drives, and automation systems to

minimize downtime.

- Installation & Commissioning: Support the installation and wiring of new machinery; interpret

electrical drawings, SLDs, and control schematics.

- Power Systems: Monitor and maintain LT/HT panels, DG sets, and power factor systems to ensure a

stable power supply.

- PLC & Automation: Perform basic troubleshooting of PLC and HMI logic; coordinate with service

engineers for complex programming.

- Safety & Compliance: Conduct electrical safety audits

- Energy Management: Monitor consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.

- Documentation: Maintain inventory records for spares, maintenance logs, and breakdown reports.

- Team Coordination: Guide electricians and coordinate with mechanical and production teams.

Requirements

- Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

- Experience: 3–5 years in manufacturing electrical maintenance (stone, marble, or granite industry

preferred).

- Technical Skills: Proficient in LT/HT systems, motor starters, VFDs, and wiring diagrams.

- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, shift planning, and vendor coordination skills.

- Physical: Ability to work in factory conditions, including at heights.

Working Conditions

- Industrial environment with rotational shifts, including night shifts and emergency call-outs.

Pay: ₹16,920.98 - ₹40,000.00 per month
