Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to patrol several buildings per night, to ensure the safety and security of our tenants and facilities. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring property, preventing theft or damage, and maintaining a secure environment.
Duties
• Conduct regular patrols of the facilitities to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security issues.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies according to established procedures.
• Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and observations and provide daily reports to management.
• Enforce access control policies.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying theft or vandalism and reporting incidents to management.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.

Requirements:
• Prior experience in security is preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Must be comfortable working overnight shifts.
• Ability to recognize potential security threats and respond appropriately.
• Ability to de-escalate situations when the need arises.
• Good communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and professionally.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure during emergencies or high-stress situations.
