Job Overview

UrbanCare Cleaning & Sanitising is looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Cleaning & Property Services Associate across the Niagara Region.

This role involves residential cleaning and outdoor property maintenance services, helping clients maintain clean, safe, and well-kept homes throughout the year. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
β€’ Perform residential cleaning services including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces
β€’ Carry out window cleaning and general sanitising services
β€’ Assist with backyard cleaning and outdoor property upkeep
β€’ Perform lawn care and grass cutting services during warmer seasons
β€’ Assist with seasonal snow removal and winter property maintenance
β€’ Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies properly
β€’ Follow safety guidelines and company standards during all services
β€’ Provide professional and friendly customer service to clients
β€’ Work assignments will vary depending on the nature of each work order (home cleaning, window cleaning, backyard cleaning, lawn care, snow removal, etc.)
β€’ All job details and expectations will be explained to staff before each assignment, and shifts/work orders will be scheduled based on availability

Experience
β€’ Previous cleaning or property maintenance experience is preferred but not mandatory
β€’ Training will be provided for the right candidate
β€’ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
β€’ Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
β€’ Valid driver’s license or access to transportation is an asset

Pay: $17.33-$20.00 per hour
