Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our facilities maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of windows across various commercial and residential properties. This role requires a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, ensuring that all windows are spotless and well-maintained. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on quality service delivery.

Duties
• Clean windows of different sizes and heights using hand tools, squeegees, and power tools as needed
• Utilize facilities maintenance skills to ensure all glass surfaces are free of streaks, smudges, and dirt
• Operate cleaning equipment safely, including ladders, scaffolding, and other access tools
• Perform routine custodial tasks related to window cleaning, including wiping frames and sills
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning schedules within designated timeframes
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain safety standards by using proper safety gear and following protocols during high or hard-to-reach window cleaning

Experience
• Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, especially involving window or facility maintenance
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment is advantageous
• Experience with facilities maintenance or custodial work demonstrates reliability in handling various cleaning tasks
• Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and address their needs effectively
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during scheduled work hours
• Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for equipment or supplies handling
• Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients effectively
