Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Security Command Center Operator to join our team.

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. You will observe and report activities and incidents at the assigned client site and make periodic patrols to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices.

RESPONSIBILITIES
β€’ Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers.
β€’ Conduct remote patrol, provide access control and respond to emergency situations in an appropriate and timely manner.
β€’ Perform safety and security duties with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
β€’ Complete incident reports for security purposes.
β€’ Respond to emergencies and escalate to law enforcement agencies as required.
β€’ Write reports, respond to emails, create access profiles, and all other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
β€’ Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION:
β€’ Bilingual in English and French, strong in both verbal and written.
β€’ Availability to work full-time, with rotating shifts of nights, evenings, weekends, and days.
β€’ Must have a valid Ontario Security guard license.
β€’ Strong observational skills with the ability to detect and respond to security threats.
β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β€’ Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
β€’ Proficiency in using security equipment and technology.
β€’ Ability to work in a high‑volume and fast-paced work environment, involving constant intercom use, phone calls, and computer-based reporting.
