Job Description
Paragon Security is hiring Mobile Patrol Supervisors for FULL TIME positions. FULL TIME vacancies requiring an open availability & commitment. Excellent opportunity for those looking to advance their career in Security.

These positions require a minimum of 1 year security experience PREFERRED but a combination of experience & education can be considered.

Basic Requirements:
• Previous Supervisor Experience Required (Minimum 1 Year) preferable in Commercial environment
• Proven experience in surveillance, CCTV monitoring, or law enforcement
• Strong knowledge of loss prevention techniques and security best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Clean Drivers Abstract
• G Class License
• Able to work 8 and 12 hours shifts.
• Rotating Schedule – Nights and Afternoons
• Good Deportment
• Excellent attitude, Team Player

Major Responsibilities:
• Observe and report.
• Patrol client premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusions and to ensure physical security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Call Police or Fire Department in case of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
• Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions and provide information during non-business hours or when switchboard is closed.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities.
• Warn person of rule infractions or violations and apprehend or evicts violators from premises using force when necessary.
• Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of security measures
• Train and educate staff on security protocols and emergency response procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to address security concerns and implement preventive measures
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and security-related activities
