Back of House team members are primarily responsible for efficiently producing all our food products for sale according to our high standards and maintaining meticulously clean production areas.

Additionally, all Back of House Team Members are required to be cross-trained on Front of House procedures and delivering exceptional quality, service and cleanliness to our guests.

Responsibilities & Duties
• Follows all procedures for the preparation of high quality and visually appealing products
• Produces the appropriate quantity of products to satisfy guest demand while minimizing waste
• Merchandises all products in a visually appealing manner
• Monitors raw product inventory levels
• Maintains required documentation
• Assists in serving guests in the Restaurant Front of House as required
• Responsible for handling cash, coffee production, preparing sandwiches, bagels and accompaniments as required, following the order monitor to ensure accuracy of each order, as well as cleaning, sanitation and food safety.
• Maintains the highest level of cleanliness at all times
• Maintains a neat, clean and professional appearance, in accordance with the Career Wear policy

Health & Safety
• Reports all accidents, unsafe conditions and security incidents to management
• Knows, understands and follows safe work practices and procedures
• Uses or wears personal protective equipment or clothing as required
• Does not operate any equipment, machine, device or thing, or otherwise work in a manner that will endanger anyone
