Jardeg Construction is recruiting for 2 DSP BPressure Rig Welders to join the esteemed team at CNRL Wolf Lake near Bonnyville, Alberta for a short project from June 15-25.

This is a NIGHT Position

CNRL Wolf Lake is an In-Situ Thermal site

Preference will be given to local candidates in the Bonnyville/Cold Lake area and LOA be provided to canidates who qualify.

Rig Welders - are expected to be proficient with double jointing, position welding, and roll welding on both pipe and pipe fittings. Welding will be completed in both yard and field environment. Welders join or sever metals in beams, girders, vessels, piping and other metal components, make metal parts used in construction and manufacturing plants, and weld parts, tools, machines and equipment.

Responsibilities
β€’ Weld up to 30 inches (FDI) per day when the material is available (some welds may be customized while others may be repetitive procedures to complete the work)
β€’ Use welding processes such as SMAW, FCAW to weld pressure piping
β€’ Some welds may be customized while others may consist of repetitive procedures
