Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating commercial trucks to transport freight across various routes, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the highest safety standards. including heavy equipment operation and automotive repair. Work long hours, be able to drive manual 18 speed truck.

Responsibilities
β€’ Safely operate commercial trucks to transport freight to designated locations
β€’ Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance
β€’ Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment as needed
β€’ Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation in accordance with company policies
β€’ Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and clients regarding delivery schedules and issues
β€’ Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary to ensure vehicle operability
β€’ Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during transportation duties

Qualifications
β€’ Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) Class 1 with clean driving record
β€’ Be able to drive 18 speed manual semi truck with tri endump.
β€’ 1+ years of experience preferred
β€’ Experience in freight transportation, commercial driving, or related fields preferred
β€’ Ability to perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting is advantageous
β€’ Strong attention to safety protocols and detail-oriented mindset
β€’ Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
β€’ Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
