Inventory & Quality Control Packer – Future Opportunities
Location: Mississauga, ON
Shifts: Day & Afternoon
Pay: $17.60 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience and facility)

We’re looking for Inventory and Quality Control Packers to join upcoming warehouse operations in Mississauga, Vaughan, and the surrounding GTA. These roles require a minimum of one year of experience in a warehouse setting, including tasks such as packing, inventory management, and quality control checks. Candidates must be comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and physically able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Key Responsibilities
β€’ Carry out thorough quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
β€’ Perform inventory control activities such as cycle counts, labeling, and reporting discrepancies
β€’ Lift, sort, and repackage products (up to 30 lbs) for shipping or storage
β€’ Pick and pack orders accurately using order sheets or handheld scanners
β€’ Move items with a picking cart and place them into designated bins or staging areas
β€’ Scan, label, and package items in line with shipping requirements and client instructions
β€’ Maintain a clean and organized work area, including end-of-shift clean-up duties
β€’ Assist with additional warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors or leads

Requirements
β€’ Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience (packing, quality checks, or inventory control)
β€’ Ability to lift up to 30 lbs consistently throughout the shift
β€’ Previous quality inspection or control experience is an asset
β€’ Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume setting
β€’ Good organizational skills and clear communication abilities
β€’ Comfortable following instructions and working as part of a team
