Surgenor Truck Group in Ottawa needs your help to meet consumer demand for quality vehicle service and repair by you joining our team as a Heavy Truck Parts Warehouse Clerk/Driver.

We are a busy Mack/Volvo and Isuzu Trucks dealer who are committed to ongoing development of training paths for technical advancement.

Qualifications
β€’ 2+ years recent warehouse experience – specifically operations or logistics
β€’ 2+ years recent forklift experience
β€’ 1+ years inventory control experience
β€’ 1+ years Microsoft excel experience
β€’ Able to lift more than 60+lbs unassisted
β€’ Able to work in outdoor winter and summer conditions
β€’ Strong time-management and operational skills

Asset
β€’ Dealer shipping/receiving experience
β€’ SAP inventory software
β€’ 3PL experience
β€’ Knowledge of safety regulations and expectations
β€’ Bilingual – English/French

Key Responsibilities
β€’ Coordinate daily warehouse and driver operations with Parts Manager
β€’ Shipping/receiving
β€’ Process all Invoices / Packing slips
β€’ Stock replenishment – put away all incoming stock
β€’ Receive all incoming inter-branch orders
β€’ Advise Parts Manager of all freight claims for damaged, lost, or incomplete shipments and process claims
β€’ Fulfill customer orders – parts picking / packing
β€’ Assist with loading customer orders in vehicles for delivery
β€’ Customer shipment preparation – pick and package parts
β€’ Stock maintenance – cycle counts, obsolescence, parts purging, stock-outs parts ordering
β€’ OEM and Battery Core maintenance – receipt and prepare return shipments
β€’ Warranty parts maintenance
β€’ Investigate and process customer parts returns
β€’ Maintain all warehouse equipment – including but not limited to forklifts and pallet jacks
β€’ Lead inventory prep, and count
β€’ Warehouse / stock / yard clean-up
β€’ Deliver / Pickup parts as needed
β€’ Other parts duties as assigned
