Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of meal preparation and food service, providing guests with high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, food safety, and delivering excellent customer service. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Assist in meal preparation and food handling to ensure timely service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sanitizing surfaces
• Support food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Serve food to customers efficiently and courteously when needed

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods

Requirements
• Prior experience in a restaurant, food service, or kitchen environment is a plus but not mandatory

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
