Responsibilities for Customer Service Security Guard
β€’ Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors
β€’ Manage access control
β€’ Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks
β€’ Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
β€’ Perform computer tasks
β€’ Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
β€’ Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
