Job Description
B-Pressure Elite: The Code-Weld Specialists
Location: West Edmonton (Shop-Based) Pay: $48.00/hr + Frequent OT
Status: High-Volume Fabrication Immediate Openings

The Standard
We aren’t looking for "tackers." We are looking for two (2) Master Welders who treat every bead like a signature. This is a high-volume, fast-paced shop environment where the pressure is high, but the respect for the craft is higher. If you are an Alberta B-Pressure pro who excels in a code-heavy environment—building the vessels and modules that power the energy sector—your booth is waiting.

Advantages
We know the best welders have their pick of shops. Here is why you choose this one:

Top-Tier Pay: $48.00/hr straight time, with heavy OT availability for those looking to maximize their take-home.

Weekly Pay: No waiting weeks for your money. Reliable, consistent weekly paychecks.

Year-Round Stability: Escape the elements. This is a massive, indoor facility with a consistent, long-term backlog of work.

Full Benefits: Comprehensive Health & Dental (Randstad Advantage) available after 4 months.

Professional Support: Work with a team that handles the logistics so you can focus on the arc.

Responsibilities
Precision Code Work: Execute high-quality B-Pressure welds on carbon, stainless, and alloy systems (ASME Section VIII and B31.3/B31.1).

Blueprint Mastery: Read and interpret complex spool drawings and GAs with zero hand-holding.

QC Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with QC teams for weld mapping, documentation, and total traceability.

Advanced Fabrication: Build pressure vessels, tanks, and modular skid packages from the ground up.

Qualifications
The Ticket: A current, valid Alberta B-Pressure Certification is mandatory.

The Experience: 3+ years in a pressure shop. You know the flow, you know the tools, and you know the stakes.

Technical Range: Proficiency in SMAW and GMAW/MCAW. If you have GTAW or RMD Fluxcore skills, you’re at the top of our list.

The Test: You are confident and ready to pass a pre-employment weld test (6-inch schedule 80).

Reliability: You have your own gear, your own ride, and a "Safety-First" reputation.

Summary
These spots are immediate. We are looking for local pros ready to start ASAP.
