Your Role
• Conduct regular mobile patrols and on-site guard checks across parking garages to ensure compliance with patrol schedules, uniform standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Supervise and support security personnel, ensuring consistent performance, professionalism, and accountability
• Ensure each team member understands the specific duties and expectations for their assigned positions and posts
• Patrol parking garages by vehicle and on foot, scanning all designated NFC tags as required
• Observe and report all suspicious or criminal activity, safety hazards, loitering, or violations of policies
• Assist the public when needed, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
• Maintain accurate documentation, including a memo book, mobile patrol reports, and daily activity summaries
• Ensure all staff follow company policies and procedures as outlined in post orders and operational directives
• Engage law enforcement when dealing with aggressive or non-compliant individuals who refuse to follow instructions or leave the property
• Communicate incident details and site updates promptly to management

What you bring
• Authorization to work in Canada
• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certification - WSIB approved
• Valid Ontario G Class Driver's License & Clean Driver's Abstract
• Ability to stand and patrol for 12-hour shifts
• Ability to conduct interior and exterior patrols in extreme weather conditions
• Minimum 1 year of tactical experience engaging with members of the vulnerable population
• 1-2 years of previous supervisory or team lead experince in a tactical capacity
• Excellent leadership skills
• Police Foundations diploma or previous police/military experience (strong asset)
• Full-Time Schedule - 12 hour continental shifts (Must be available days & nights)
