Job Title: B Pressure Welder W/Sub Arc Experience - EDMONTON

Location: Edmonton, Alberta

Rotation: 5 days on, 2 days off, 8+ hours daily

Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Lay out, fit, and assemble structural steel components for commercial, institutional, and industrial projects
• Cut, drill, punch, bend, roll, or press steel using metalworking machines and cutting torches
• Assemble metal sections and plates into units and sub-units
• Fasten components using mechanical methods or tack welding in preparation for final welds
• Operate overhead cranes to move materials safely and efficiently
• Perform welding using MCAW, FCAW, and SMAW processes
• Follow all company safety policies and maintain a safe work environmen

Requirements:
• B Pressure Ticket
• Sub Arc Experience , required
• Interpret welding process specifications
• Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment
• Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment
• Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals, and processes
• Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications
• Preference to those who have structural steel experience
