Freedom Cleaning Services Inc. is looking for dependable and experienced Janitorial Cleaners to join our team. This role involves general commercial cleaning along with specialized floor care, so we are looking for candidates who are comfortable using professional cleaning equipment and take pride in delivering high-quality results.

The ideal candidate has experience with sweeping, mopping, and advanced floor maintenance, including stripping, waxing, and buffing floors. You should be confident operating floor machines such as Tennant equipment or similar.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and garbage removal
• Strip, wax, and buff floors to maintain a clean and polished appearance
• Operate floor machines (auto scrubbers, buffers, burnishers)
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any issues
• Follow company standards and health & safety procedures
• Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned to a high standard

Requirements:
• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience
• Experience with floor care (strip and wax) is required
• Ability to use floor machines (Tennant or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation is an asset
