Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and licensed Master Electrician to lead our most complex projects and ensure our team maintains the highest standards of technical excellence. You won’t just be pulling wire; you’ll be the technical authority on-site, interpreting sophisticated blueprints, mentoring journeymen and apprentices, and ensuring every installation is 100% code-compliant.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead & Execute: Oversee large-scale residential, commercial, or industrial electrical installations and repairs.
• Blueprint Mastery: Read and interpret complex electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Compliance: Ensure all work meets or exceeds the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues that stump the average tech.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and "on-the-tool" training to Journeymen and Apprentices.
• Safety Leadership: Enforce strict OSHA and company safety protocols at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Licensure: Valid Master Electrician License in the state of [State Name] is mandatory.
