Apprentice Welder

Responsibilities will include: Assisting senior welders with various tasks on project sites and in the workshop. Learning and applying different welding techniques such as SMAW, GMAW, and GTAW. Preparing metal surfaces for welding, including cleaning, grinding, and cutting. Setting up welding equipment and ensuring it is in safe working order. Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols. Performing basic quality checks on completed welds. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols. Participating actively in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities. Fostering a collaborative team environment and communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a commitment to learning, and a keen eye for detail.
