We provide high-performance cleaning and laundry solutions to businesses across Alberta. In this hands-on service role, you will work directly with customers to implement effective laundry and sanitation programs, optimize processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and support day-to-day operations.

What you will do:
• Deliver on-site technical service and support for Challenger’s laundry and sanitation programs
• Help customers develop and maintain effective laundry processes, standard operating procedures, and sanitation protocols
• Provide hands-on assistance with equipment, chemical dosing systems, stain treatment, and fabric care
• Troubleshoot operational and technical issues in laundry and cleaning systems
• Conduct employee training on proper laundry and sanitation procedures
• Monitor product performance, adjust chemical concentrations, support equipment installations and maintenance, and manage inventory levels
• Build strong working relationships with plant staff, supervisors, and managers through reliable service and expertise
• Travel within the Edmonton area and occasionally to surrounding regions to deliver service

Position Details
• Based in Edmonton, AB with regular daytime and occasional evening/overnight travel in the territory
• Some overnight travel may be required for training or key customer support
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet customer schedules

Minimum Qualifications:
• Post-secondary diploma or degree (Chemical Engineering Technology diploma or Fourth Class Power Engineering certificate is highly valued)
• 2 years of hands-on experience in commercial laundry, food service, hospitality, or institutional sanitation/processing environments
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability and willingness to travel within Alberta to support customers

Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong background or interest in laundry systems, chemistry, or process operations
• General mechanical ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing customer needs

Compensation

This is a service-oriented position with a starting wage in the $30 per hour range (approximately $62,400 per year based on a standard 40-hour work week). Actual starting pay will depend on experience, technical qualifications, and relevant background. Overtime opportunities may be available depending on customer needs.
