Looking for a role where you can make a difference every day? As an On-Demand Shuttle Driver with Keolis Canada, you’ll connect residents of Edmonton neighborhoods to ETS transit hubs and LRT stations. This role is more than just driving, it’s about ensuring passengers feel safe, supported, and valued while getting where they need to go.

If you’re dependable, community-minded, and love being behind the wheel, this could be the opportunity for you. As this is a unionized role, there is no set schedule guaranteeing a certain number of hours. However, preference is given to those with full availability seeking many shifts.
• *What You’ll Do:
• Safely transport passengers according to established policies
• Use on-board tablet and On-Demand software for real-time route instructions
• Maintain radio contact with base using proper communications protocol
• Operate shuttle vehicles safely in all weather and road conditions
• Provide courteous information and assistance to passengers
• Manage passenger behaviour and resolve issues effectively
• Report vehicle maintenance concerns, emergencies, and scheduling issues
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles
• Complete required paperwork and assist with shift coverage as needed
• *What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum of a Class 4 driver’s license
• Clean driver’s abstract
• Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
• Flexibility to cover shifts as needed
• Strong knowledge of Edmonton roadways
• Physically able to push/pull wheelchairs up and down a ramp or onto a lift (50 lbs)
• Organized, punctual, reliable, with excellent driving habits
• Calm, positive, and helpful demeanor with strong communication skills
• *Bonus Points if You Have:
• Previous taxi, shuttle, or transit driving experience
• Strong knowledge of Edmonton roadways is considered an asset
