Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Experienced Labourer to join our welding shop team. This is a hands-on role supporting welders and fabricators with daily production tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
β€’ Cut, grind, and prepare metal for welding
β€’ Assist welders and fabricators as needed
β€’ Operate basic shop tools and equipment
β€’ Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
β€’ Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

Requirements:
β€’ Previous labour or shop experience required
β€’ Ability to handle physically demanding work
β€’ Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
β€’ Able to follow instructions and work in a team
β€’ Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
β€’ Valid driver’s licence
β€’ Steel toe CSA approved boots
