Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring guests enjoy their experience. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, managing transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment in accordance with food safety standards.

Duties
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cashiering functions
• Take orders accurately while providing friendly customer service
• Ensure proper food handling and food safety procedures are followed at all times
• Manage cash handling responsibilities, including processing payments and giving correct change
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, glassware, and utensils throughout the shift
• Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during busy hours
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming environment and promote specials or events
• Adhere to all health, safety, and food safety regulations

Qualifications
• Previous experience in restaurant or food service industry preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
