Our Commercial division is looking for a 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has minimum 2 years experience working in commercial environments, a strong work ethic, and a desire to advance in the plumbing trade. They will work under the supervision of Journeyman Plumbers, assisting in installations of plumbing systems in commercial buildings.

Competitive wage of $35.00-$40.00 per hour, based on experience and apprenticeship level.

STABLE, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

You'll typically work Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM

OUR IDEAL COMMERCIAL PLUMBING APPRENTICE:

We're looking for someone who can manage these responsibilities:
• Assist in rough-ins, groundworks and installing of plumbing systems in commercial buildings
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Assemble, install, and secure pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to specifications
• Test plumbing systems for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
• Cut, thread, and bend pipes using appropriate tools and techniques
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures on job sites
• Work collaboratively with Journeyman Plumbers, project managers, and other trades
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner
• Adhere to local plumbing codes and industry standards

And who can meet these qualifications:
• 3rd or 4th Year Registered Plumbing Apprentice in good standing
• At least two years of experience in commercial plumbing
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with plumbing tools, materials, and equipment
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and perform manual labour
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
• Commitment to workplace safety and company policies
• Ambition to learn new tasks and skills
