Job Description
A South Indian vegetarian restaurant known for authentic flavors, warm hospitality, and a fast-paced yet friendly dining environment. We take pride in offering a welcoming experience rooted in South Indian culinary traditions.

We are looking for a professional, energetic, and guest‑focused Server to join our team. Familiarity with South Indian cuisine is highly valued, and knowledge of South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) is a plus — but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience.
• Explain menu items clearly, including dosas, idlis, vadas, meals, and other South Indian dishes.
• Take accurate orders and coordinate with the kitchen team for timely service.
• Manage table turnover efficiently during busy hours.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed.
• Support team members during peak service times.

Required Skills & Experience
• Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant setting (South Indian or Indian cuisine preferred but not required).
• Strong communication skills and a positive, customer‑first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.
• Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays/plates safely.
