Job Description:

We are seeking professional and reliable licensed Security Guards to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain site safety, enforce property rules, and represent DW Security Services with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Access Control: Check identifications, log visitors, and prevent unauthorized entry.
• Patrols: Conduct regular and random patrols on foot or via CCTV.
• Incident Response: Respond to alarms, emergencies, and disturbances using de-escalation techniques.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs and incident reports.
• Client Interaction: Provide courteous assistance to residents, staff, or visitors.
• Safety Checks: Inspect fire extinguishers, exits, and safety equipment.
• Policy Enforcement: Uphold site rules and comply with all local and provincial regulations.

Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (PSISA-compliant)
• Valid First Aid/CPR Certificate
• Clean criminal record
• Reliable transportation or willingness to commute
• Excellent communication and observation skills
• Professional appearance (DW uniform provided)

Schedule & Availability:
• Full-time and part-time shifts available (8–12 hours)
• Day, night, and weekend availability required
