Concierge Responsibilities:
• Controlling all vehicles and pedestrian traffic entering the property
• Greet direct, sign in guest(s) and answer pertinent questions
• Monitor security cameras
• Issue and receipt of keys to trades, building staff and contractors
• Operate security equipment/systems, computers, radios and phones
• Ensure that the Condominium Safety and Emergency Procedures are followed in response to Fire Alarms and other Site Emergencies
• Create assigned reports
• Program and manage access control systems for the entire complex
• Monitor, Train, and evaluate a team of 4-6 staff members
• Liaise with property management, board members and Elite management regarding pertinent security matters
• Be the first and main point of contact in case of emergencies or any site related issues
• Create and adjust staff schedules, ensure that contractually obligated services are met and provided and when necessary fill in shifts.

Concierge Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience as a Concierge
• Valid Ontario Security License
• Excellent communication skills (English - written and verbal)
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office
• Team player - positive, honest and motivated
• Lead by example
