Allied Universal is seeking Security Guards - Residential Tower (Fulltime) in Downtown Toronto, ON.

Position: Security Guards - Residential Tower (Fulltime)

Location: Toronto, ON

Payrate: $19.00 per hour

Status: Full-time

Shift: Sundays, Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays | Swing Shift

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Guards - Residential Tower (Fulltime) to oversee our residential site Downtown Toronto, ON. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, willing to work night shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience as in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirements:
• Experience in Concierge Security experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR
• Valid Driver's Licence is an asset
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities
• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
