ROLE SUMMARY

As a Server at The Chase, you will deliver an exceptional dining experience that embodies the restaurant's refined yet welcoming approach to hospitality. You'll create meaningful connections with guests by providing attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service, offering thoughtful recommendations on menu items, wine, and cocktails, and anticipating needs to ensure every detail of the dining experience exceeds expectations. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for food, wine, and creating memorable moments in an elevated, fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides refined, attentive, and personalized service confidently and warmly.
• Maintains professionalism, polish, and composure under pressure.
• Proficiency with reservation systems and managing guest inquiries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and stay organized.

• Flexible to work full-time hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
• 2-3 years of experience in upscale or fine dining service.
• Good knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food pairing.
• Passionate about hospitality, guest experience, and ongoing learning.
• Must have full-time availability (4-5 shifts per week) and be available between 11:30 AM and 10:30 PM.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada at the time of application.
• Must have reliable means of transportation to commute to and from the restaurant, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
