Job Description
Tomlinson Group of Companies is seeking an experienced and motivated Janitor to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are clean and well-maintained.

Schedule/Hours
: A standard shift is 4:30PM - 12:30AM. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is a requirement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Empty trash cans and recycling bins
• Clean windows and mirrors
• Dust surfaces and furniture
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
• Other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
• G license with clear driving record.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

The expected salary range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 per hour. Placement within the range is dependant on a variety of factors including qualifications and experience.
