Job Description
Responsibilities

-Must have own tools for site work.

-Fitting and tig welding is must required

-Sanitary stainless steel welding and fabrication.

-Pipe fitting and sanitary tube welding

-Stainless steel Tank fitting and welding

-Process skid building and fitting experience.

-Must know sanitary 3A standards
• Must have Prior Tube and pipe fitting experience

-Must be able to read P&IDs and Iso drawings.
-Must be able to work without supervision.

-Must have experience working on sites.
• Able to work weekends and do overtime when required
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding process
• Set up and operate welding equipment, including Tig welders
• Weld components in flat, vertical, overhead positions or 6G
• Inspect welds for accuracy and quality assurance
• Clean and maintain welding equipment and work area
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

Skills
• Proficient specifically in Tig welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols in a welding environment
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

-Must have experience welding stainless steel alloys.
-Structural fitting and Welding Experience is required.

Note: Prior experience operating a forklift or knowledge of fabrication and assembly processes is a plus.
