Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring food quality and safety, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to ensure all team members excel in their roles.

Responsibilities
β€’ Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards
β€’ Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering
β€’ Manage time effectively to handle multiple tables and tasks during busy hours
β€’ Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns
β€’ Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using cash handling procedures
β€’ Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
β€’ Assist with food handling, serving, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience
β€’ Ensure cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
β€’ Support team members in various tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Experience
