• *Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Full-time, Permanent Fabrication Welder to join our team in Ottawa. The candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding components for industrial and manufacturing applications. This role involves interpreting welding instructions, operating manual and semi-automatic welding equipment, and working with a variety of metals including aluminium alloys, steel, iron, and heavy metals. The Fabrication Welder will use presses, shears, metal forming machines, and lifting devices to complete custom manufacturing tasks and repairs of machinery and equipment. Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to teamwork.
