Job Description
Location: Downtown Montreal

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Prime Properties is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our downtown office. This role is essential in ensuring a professional, welcoming environment for both staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and general tidying of office spaces
• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including countertops, sinks, and appliances
• Load, run, and empty dishwashers as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, meeting rooms, and workspaces
• Carry out detailed cleaning of wood surfaces, including paneling, bannisters, and fireplaces
• Polish and care for high-end finishes and furnishings

Additional Duties:
• Assist with keeping conference rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Occasionally serve coffee and tea to guests
• Support reception staff in maintaining a neat and welcoming front-of-house environment

• Previous cleaning experience is an asset

Prime Properties est à la recherche d’un(e) préposé(e) à l’entretien ménager fiable et minutieux(se) afin d’assurer la propreté et la présentation impeccable de nos bureaux situés au centre-ville. Ce rôle est essentiel pour offrir un environnement professionnel et accueillant à notre équipe et à nos visiteurs.

Responsabilités principales :
• Effectuer l’entretien ménager quotidien : époussetage, passage de l’aspirateur, lavage des planchers et rangement général
• Nettoyer et désinfecter les espaces communs, incluant la cuisine (comptoirs, éviers, électroménagers)
• Remplir, faire fonctionner et vider les lave-vaisselle au besoin
• Assurer la propreté des aires de travail, salles de réunion et espaces communs
• Effectuer un nettoyage en profondeur des surfaces en bois, incluant les boiseries, rampes d’escalier et foyers
• Polir et entretenir les surfaces et finis haut de gamme

Tâches additionnelles :
• Veiller à ce que les salles de conférence soient propres, bien organisées et approvisionnées
• Offrir occasionnellement du café et du thé aux visiteurs
• Soutenir la réception afin de maintenir un environnement accueillant et ordonné
