Job Description
Morgan’s Metal Inc. specializes in on-site SMAW (stick welding) for structural steel, staircases, railings, equipment repair, and machinery maintenance. We are looking for a skilled welder to join our team for on-site installations and repairs.

Responsibilities include performing stick welding for structural steel, staircases, railings, and equipment repairs, installing and erecting structural components following blueprints and specifications, conducting weld tests to ensure quality and compliance, and working at heights and in outdoor conditions.

Qualifications required are CWB Certification in SMAW (Stick Welding), experience in structural steel welding and erection, ability to read blueprints and welding symbols, comfort working outdoors and handling physical workloads, and a valid driver’s license (welding truck experience is an asset).
