Night-Time Triaxle Drivers

Schedule: Evenings, Weekends & On-Call (Snow Events)
Pay: Starting at $28.00/hour + $2.00/hour night premium (Premium is added for months of April 15th – October 31)

Position Summary

We are currently hiring night-time triaxle drivers. This role is strictly for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. If you're an experienced driver who prefers working nights, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do
• Operate a triaxle truck to haul materials safely and efficiently
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Keep accurate records of trips, materials, fuel, and mileage
• Coordinate route and timing with Dispatch/Manager
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the truck

What We’re Looking For
• Valid AZ or DZ licence
• Clean CVOR and Driver’s Abstract
• Minimum 3 years of triaxle driving experience
• Familiarity with Ottawa and surrounding roadways (an asset)
• Previous experience with Asphalt
• Reliable transportation to/from the yard
• Working cell phone for shift communication
• Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
