Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional cleaning services primarily within residential settings, ensuring spaces are spotless, organized, and welcoming. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent time management, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow in this field. Contractor paid per job.

Responsibilities
• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas
• Manage time effectively to complete scheduled tasks within designated timeframes
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and maintained properly
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns promptly and courteously

Requirements
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French is a plus but not required
• Previous experience in residential cleaning, hospitality, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to perform laundry duties accurately and efficiently
• Good time management skills to ensure timely completion of all assigned duties
• Reliable transportation or access to transportation to reach various client locations consistently
