This is a dual-role position requiring both driving and hands-on moving.

Successful candidates will be responsible for operating company vehicles while also performing packing, wrapping, loading, and unloading of household goods. This role involves direct customer interaction and requires a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily pre-trip inspections and report any deficiencies
• Maintain accurate electronic log (ELD) documents and complete vehicle reporting promptly.
• Follow operational procedures and documentation requirements, reconciling discrepancies as needed.
• Routine communication with dispatch throughout the work shift
• Operate DZ or AZ vehicles in compliance with all regulations
• Load, unload, wrap, and pack household goods safely and efficiently
• Secure loads to prevent damage during transit
• Complete customer walk-throughs at origin and destination
• Maintain ongoing communication with dispatch
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and submit on time
• Maintain cleanliness and general condition of assigned vehicle
• Fluency in English language spoken and written

• Physically demanding role (lifting 65+ lbs regularly)
• Work performed in residential, commercial, and high-rise environments
• Exposure to varying weather conditions
• Strong time management and ability to stay on schedule

• Valid DZ or AZ license
• Minimum 2 years household moving experience
• Clean driver abstract
• Strong communication skills (English)
• Ability to work independently and within a team
